A mother of two, hair stylist, artist, and yoga instructor, Augusta Wheeler brings a grounded, heart-centered approach to mindfulness and movement. A familiar volunteer at Grant Park Meditation at Quang Minh Temple, she generously offers sound baths at the monthly Sunday gatherings.
